What’can we offer you?

Koffee Too’s catering has been serving Yale and New Haven since 2001. With The Publick Catering, Catering Supevisor, Darice Grass; and Owner, Tracy Jackson, will continue to provide the dedicated service and excellent food that you’ve become accustomed to, while offering new and improved menu options to meet your catering needs.

Looking for something you don’t see? Just ask! Whether you’re serving 10 or 200, we gladly work with our patrons to provide a custom menu and extended service that your guests will love.

If all you need are a few platters to enhance your self-catered event, or if you’d like to bring something special to a party and time is critical, consider ordering our beautifully styled and garnished platters of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and desserts that you can pick up and take with you!

Oven Roasted Turkey:
Turkey, Swiss cheese, Tomato and Romaine lettuce dressed with our pesto mayonnaise.

Black Forest Ham:
Ham, Sharp Cheddar cheese, Tomato and Romaine lettuce dressed with Honey Mustard.

Tuna Salad:
Our homemade Tuna Salad, Tomato, and Romaine lettuce.

The K2? Italian:
Salami, Prosciutto, fresh Mozzarella, Basil, Tomato and Romaine dressed with oil and vinegar.

Roasted Eggplant & Mozzarella:
Roasted eggplant, Tomato, Mozzarella and fresh Basil dressed with Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar.

Rosemary Turkey:
Turkey, Ricotta cheese, Sun-dried tomatoes and Spinach dressed with fresh Rosemary oil.

Vegan Hummus Wrap:
Our homemade Hummus, Caramelized onions, Cucumber, Tomato & Field greens all wrapped up.

Portobello Wrap:
Grilled Portabello Mushrooms, Roasted red peppers, Caramelized onions, Goat cheese and Field greens wrapped in a tortilla.

Turkey Club Wrap:

Soups

New England Clam Chowder:
A rich, traditional New England chowder made from fresh clams, onions, potatoes, salt pork and butter, finished with light cream fresh from local dairies.

Vegetarian 3 Bean Chili:
Pinto beans, black beans, and small red chili beans simmered with onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, green chilies and our own Southwestern seasonings.

Italian Wedding:
Our own fresh chicken stock, spinach, tiny pasta and perfectly seasoned meatballs.

Grilled Chicken & Corn Chowder:
Southwestern-style chowder with fire-grilled chicken, red and green bell peppers, cayenne, and potatoes.

Chicken Noodle:
Big chunks of tender chicken meat, mafalda pasta, fresh celery, California carrots and peas.

Cream of broccoli:
Broccoli purée and broccoli florets, freshly made chicken stock, roux, light cream and Monterey Jack cheese.

Hungarian Mushroom:
Fresh mushrooms, our own beef stock, light cream, sour cream, dill, Hungarian paprika and Madeira wine.

Vegetarian Minestrone:
Perfectly cooked pasta, small white beans, tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, onions, celery and zucchini squash in a rich, made-from-scratch vegetable stock.

Beef Barley & Vegetable:
Tender beef, barley, tomatoes, onions, carrots, and summer- fresh vegetables simmered in in-house prepared beef stock.
